Greg Gardner, DO, is proud to welcome patients to a practice where real caring and compassion combine with a multidisciplinary staff to provide the best in medical care. His philosophy of service to patients, along with the support of a hand-picked, knowledgeable team of chiropractors, therapists, and office staff, delivers excellence in terms of patient care and clinical results.
Dr. Gardner graduated with the highest honors from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in 1986, where he received his bachelor of science in biology with a minor in chemistry. He attended the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth on a full scholarship from the U.S. Air Force, graduating in 1990. He later served for five years in the USAF, first at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida and later as a flight surgeon at Laughlin Air Force Base in Del Rio, Texas.
Dr. Gardner returned to Fort Worth in 1998 as a full-time emergency physician and started Texas Medical Institute in 2008. Texas Medical Institute was developed as a multidisciplinary clinic specializing in family practice, workers’ compensation, orthopedic injury, and physical rehabilitation.
Dr. Gardner prides himself on his personal approach and devotion to patient care. He is board certified in family practice. He is also recognized as a designated doctor and treating doctor by the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation and the Department of Labor.
Dr. Gardner is married to Lydia Gardner, an Arizona native. They are the proud parents of twin sons, three daughters and six grandchildren. During Dr. Gardner’s free time, he enjoys reading, outdoor activities, attending his children’s activities, and traveling.
